When the printer was running with the original Black Toner, it was great. Then, I ran out and bought authentic Konica Black Toner and it is printing dark, smudge-like documents. I thought it was the cartridge defect. Is there any way to correct this problem? I've contacted TonerKing (where I purchased the new cartridge, on Amazon.com) twice, but have not heard back yet. Does everyone have this same problem? Can it be fixed? Again, I didn't buy a generic toner, I bought actual Konica Toner, manufactured by KonicaMinolta.

I'm very satisfied with the product and the vendor. The toner was equivalent to OEM and installed easily with no problems. I would use this vendor again.
Beware of 1600W February 16, 2010

Not sure if it is the 1600W printer or the toner itself but the color after changing toners is awful, yellows are dark and dull to the point of being hardly noticeable against a black background.
If you are reading this prior to ordering the 1600W printer, please take my advice and look on for a better quality printer. Or simply toss the printer when the introduction cartridges are empty as you will not be happy with the color after you change to these.
As for my printer as soon as I can afford to replace it, it will be scrapped.
